7. User Responsibilities

• Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of applicable laws may lead to termination of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

• ShopeNear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the POS system.
• ShopeNear’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

• Users may terminate their subscription by providing written notice.
• ShopeNear reserves the right to terminate access for non-compliance with these terms.
• Upon termination, users must cease all use of the POS system.
